What is Backorder Item
Item that is not in stock, but able to send after payment confirmation. We work as Authorised dealer/reseller or distributor in some cases.

Shipping Policy

We process and ship your purchase within 1 business day of payment. During weekends and holidays, packages will be shipped for you on Monday or the day after the holiday.
We will not offer free shipping as default, usually use Domex for local Delivery . DHL and FedEx to send your package Internationally.
Due to the use of third party Delivery services , warehouses for some products, currently we do not support sameday shipments. Our express can be delivered within 1-2 business days, depending on your location.
At present, our warehouse does not support self-pickup, only support to send packages by Courier Services. If you are in Sri Lanka, shipment, the package can be delivered within 1-2 days.
For a return, please ensure that the original box is not OPNED, we will carefully check the condition of the returned item and we will not make any refunds until we have ensured that the item is in its original and tidy condition. Thank you. For a return or exchange, be sure to select "Don't like it" or "order by mistake" as the reason. Because the warehouse and technical staff need to check the specific information. If you choose other reasons to return, the processing time will be longer. Shipping Charges will not refunded .
